This policy explains what information LifeWishGuardian collects and how that information is used. LifeWishGuardian LLC operates the app and this website.

Information the app collects

When you use the app, we collect:

• Your name, email, and sign-in ID
• Phone numbers of emergency contacts, if you add them
• Photos, videos with audio, and scanned documents you add
• Health and care choices you record

Contacts

The app uses only the contacts you pick. Your address book is not uploaded.

Purchases

Purchase records go through Apple and Google Play.

AI and voice limits

The app records usage counts for the AI guide and for voice features, so those limits can be applied.

Problem reports

If you send a problem report, it includes your device model and operating system. Those details are collected only in a report you send.

AI guide

Messages you send to the AI guide are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Those messages are not stored. Email addresses, phone numbers, and dates are removed before a message is sent.

DeepInfra converts the replies written by the guide into speech.

Voice commands use the speech recognition service on your phone.

Companies that process information

• Supabase hosts the service.
• Anthropic generates replies for the AI guide.
• DeepInfra turns replies written by the guide into speech.
• Google and Apple handle sign-in and payments.

Selling, ads, and tracking

We do not sell your information. The app does not show ads. The app does not include tracking SDKs.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit.

Sharing

Your information is shared only with people you choose. That includes family, your care team, and the emergency QR card.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app. Open Profile, then Delete Account. You can also request deletion on the delete account page.

Age

LifeWishGuardian is only for people 18 and older.

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits to these pages.
